Vespa Chair.
An Italian icon, reimagined.
The Story
From Scooter. To Chair.
Old Vespa scooters do not always have to end their story in a scrap yard.
The Vespa Chair begins with parts salvaged from old Vespa scooters. Those components are recovered, restored and transformed into a completely different object - while retaining the unmistakable character of the original machine.
The result sits somewhere between furniture, design and art: a functional chair with a history built into it.
A different way to keep the Vespa alive.
The Transformation
Still A Vespa. Just Different.
The front shield and other spare parts of old Vespa scooters are given a second life as part of the chair. Instead of hiding their origins, the design makes those origins part of the object.
The Workshop
100% Handmade.
Every Vespa Chair is produced in our workshop in Vietnam and handcrafted by Lancaster Classics.
